First State Bank of Wyoming appreciates you as a customer and respects your privacy. We are committed to treating the information you have entrusted to us responsibly. You have the right to expect your personal financial information to remain private and secure. We will maintain standards to ensure that your information is private and secure at all times. To demonstrate our recognition of your expectations, our Board of Directors has instituted this Policy.

Bank management reviewed a variety of issuances from federal banking agencies, as well as the U.S. Banking Industry Privacy Principles, and carefully considered the policy in light of the Bank's particular needs, including our size, involvement with third parties, and the needs of our customers.

Use, Collection and Retention of Customer Information
At First State Bank of Wyoming, we collect, retain and use information about customers only when it is believed to be allowed by law, reasonably useful in administering business, and providing products, services and other opportunities to our customers. Disclosure of Information
Except as otherwise stated in this policy, we will not sell or pass on non-public personal information to third parties. Those third parties must agree, in a written document, to adhere to similar privacy principles in keeping your information confidential.

First State Bank of Wyoming may share information with such companies if they provide a product or service that may benefit our customers. Whenever we do this, we carefully review the company and the product or service to make sure that it provides value to our customers. We share the minimum amount of information necessary for that company to offer its product or service.

In addition, we will exchange information with third parties about credit, accounts, and transactions under the following circumstances:

d. To verify the existence and conditions of an account or loan with reputable information reporting agencies.

e. We will not share medical or health information except to process transactions or to provide services you have requested or initiated.

f. In order to protect you, your interest, the interest of the Bank, or if we suspect fraud or illegal activity.

g. In order to comply with a government agency directive, court order, or regulatory examination.

h. You have been informed about the possibility of disclosure for marketing or similar purposes through a prior communication and were given the opportunity to "opt-out" or decline.
